Outlook Runtime Error

Question

Sometimes when I open Outlook I get a 'Runtime Error' and Outlook closes.  When I reopen it, it works fine.  This seems to happen (stress SEEMS) if another user on this computer opens Outlook (or perhaps just IE) from their profile, whether or not they logout before I attempt to open Outlook under my profile.  How do I fix this problem?  Thanks! Teri

Is there any more information or text included with the error message? If so please post the entire and exact text of the error message and someone may be better able to provide applicable technical advice.

The message says: 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime error! Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE abnormal program termination' then there's an 'OK' button, which I click and Outlook closes. Thanks for any info you can give me! Teri
