Just adding my voice to the chain ... I've had this happen through the past 6 months or so. Half the time, the Command Update program just keeps seeing the same drivers, downloading them, installing them, and when it scans afterwards, the same drivers show up.  It happens for me on E6410, E6420, E6430 and E7440 models.
