System Detect Error Message

Question

I am attempting to download drivers to a Vostro 3360 notebook that is out of warranty. Any info would be appreciated... I select System Detect and get an error message that says in part, 'Cannot continue. Uninstall the Dell System Detect software. When done, restart the computer. Then go here and follow the instructions, 'How do I download and install drivers using Detect Drivers?', 'Click Detect Product'. Post the results.
