Can anyone help me with this problem. When opening a WORD document a window opens saying' 'Preparing Windows Insataller' This has only started happening and I have run the sysytem without any problems.

It then goes on. 'Problem with shortcut'

'This patch could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor.'
