The Dell 1100MP projector may request a driver CD when attached to a computer using the USB cable. If you attempt to install the DDP2000 driver, it will fail and a "bang" will be placed in Device Manager. As a workaround, cancel the add new hardware wizard. The operation of the remote will NOT be affected by canceling the wizard. In the event that you attempted to install the driver, remove the entry from Device Manager. New firmware is being developed to address this issue.
