3200MP Image Shutdown Problem
Hello,
I have a 3200MP and recently noticed an image shutdown problem.
5 minutes after the projector was operating, projected image stopped but projector lamp still operating. Although there is still light coming out from the projector's lens but the intensity was so dim. I know its not lamp over-heating problem but assuming its related to it, I rest it for a while and the moment I turned it “on” again, the same “5-minutes” problem persist. Before the image shuts down, temperature warning light doesn't lit up and projector fan running normally. After the image shuts down, projector's background light still lits up the power button key, the menu key and 4-directional keys in the projector's control panel, same when projector is operating normally.
I noticed that if power from the mains was unplugged and plugged it back immediately, and operate the projector, all seems to be normal. But in some occasion, it took 3 to 6 times (unplugged & plugging it back) before I can operate it normally.
The lamp auto-shutdown from the menu was not “on” and it was also clean of dirt or dust that might trigger temperature rise.
I searched the forum on my projector's related shutdown problem but I cannot find similar topics. Hope someone can help me.
Cheers
