I have a few year old 3200mp projector.

What happens is very weird. I searched the forms looking but they did not show anything.

When the projector is right side up sitting on a table I Turn on the projector. It goes through the normal warm up. screen is bright after it settles down. clear and good picture. after approx 2-3 minutes suddenly the LAMP light glows yellow and projector goes into standby mode. and lamp turns off.

Now the interesting part.

If the projector is upside down. Like hanging from the ceiling. even laying upside down on the desk( Been having to use it this way) it works fine. no issues at all. dosnt shut down or anything.

The bulb is not an issue from what I can see.

It almost appears that a temp control is shutting it down or a Right side up??  .

Support do you have any answers.

Most issues with this unit that dell had I see they were replaced.
