I took my 3300mp in to a shop because Im out of warranty and I kept getting the classic "Lamp Failure" message and my power button wouldnt work after that. After they gave me the bad news that their repair efforts failed I attempted to try this bad boy out one more time. This time though... I turned the projector on UPSIDE DOWN and kept it upside down. Instead of it giving me the "Lamp Failure" msg. it stayed at the "Warming Up" msg. for about 5 minutes or so... it used to mess up waaaay before 6 minutes. I turned it back on the right side and then it immediately switched to the Lamp failure msg. My power button nor any other buttons work so I always end up having to pull the plug out of the wall after this.
I figure that if I find some kind of way to troubleshoot getting past the "Warming Up" screen, I may be able to still make use out of my 3300 instead of throwing it away. The repairman said I might need another "main led board" but I think thats because he ran out of methods. Any suggestions?

What is the department and address (and phone number to contact to set up the maintenance) to send the Dell projector into Dell to get fixed? Everyone within Dell Support has told me that once your projector goes out of warranty that they WILL NOT replace it, look at it, fix it or support it.
