4610x projector
I have the projector mounted in the ceiling and the image is upside down. I went to setup>projector mode, there is only 2 icons not 4. I clicked on both and all it did was reverse the words. the image is still upside down.

This didn't work. I'm helping another instructor with her projector. On my projector I have 4 Icons for projector mode.
she only has 2.
I tried the Ctrl-Alt up arrow on the computer key board nothing happen

You can always access the projector over the network if it has been wired and used the web admin interface to adjust the settings. I would see if there are firmware differences between the two projectors. I have several and all of them with the older firmware give me problems.

You should press CTRL ALT and the UP arrow key on your keyboard at the same time.
