image distortion on 2300MP

Just hooked up our projector for the first time. The image appears as if the projector is "tilted"....
I have tried keystone adjustment...doesn't level off the image.
 
can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks

    the projector must aim at the screen square and level. not aimed left or right at screen also use adjustable foot to level projector
