Newly replaced lamp of Dell2300MP doesn`t work
According to the manual I should set back the lamptimer to zero, but I can`t do so as I can`t project the OSD menu without the lamp working.
How can I solve the problem?

I have the same projector, same problem. I Changed the bulb, light blinks green like normal, but when I try to power it on, it makes a strange clicking noise as if a computer hard drive is trying to work. It does this for about 60 seconds then the lamp warning light comes on.
I tried to bend the lamp door safety switch because I heard that this will malfunction and cause the safety switch to not "click" on.
