Projector cables please help!

Hello,
 
I am currently using a 1800MP projector from dell to watch movies from my dvd player. I am now using an s-video cable and a lot of the pictures on the dvds look fine. but some just look terrible and I know that they could look better, even the ones that dont look to bad. so I was thinking of buying this cable.
 
DELL VGA-to-RCA 50-ft Extension Cable
 
I was wondering if this would help me with my problem. or if you have any other suggestions.
 
 
please help me, should i buy this?

    Do you really need 50'? Here are assorted cables. You may group them by length.
