Certifications are difficult to verify

When obtaining a Dell Certification, it is said that you can go to dell.com/verifycert to verify the status.

However, the link only redirects to the Dell Home Page. Going to the above link should redirect you to https://cp.certmetrics.com/dell/en/public/verify/credential

Hopefully this can get resolved, as verifying certifications is currently a difficult process.

Hello @DELL-Daniel V and @ascendtek ,

I tested the URL using several of my Proven Professional digital certificates, and it worked as expected—it redirected me to the appropriate page: https://cp.certmetrics.com/dell/en/public/verify/credential

As long as the link is accessed through the certificate (rather than manually typing the URL in the browser), it should redirect correctly.

That said, I agree that the display text can be a bit misleading. I have shared your feedback with the relevant team for consideration and potential improvements.

Happy learning!

@DELL-Daniel V

Alright, not sure exactly how I had duplicate posts and a comment 😅

@Dell-Alan T Can you give a bit of clarification on this?  dell.com/verifycert does not open as a standalone page to then enter in a verification code.
