EMCPROVEN T-Shirts
Hi,
Well I am well aware that one can get T-Shirts on completing Levels (Associate/Speicalist/Expert) for the first time. However, I was wondering is there a way where #EMCPROVEN can buy these? Well, even after completing 5+ Certs I feel awful that I do not have one to wear!
My first EMCPROVEN which I got it was way too big for me.
The Second, it shows in the tracker that someone did collect it on my behalf back in September but I actually never received it!
(I know I am too late to report. My Permanent Address is in Mumbai and current address is in Bangalore 1000+miles apart, so I dint ask my folks about it until yesterday)
I kinda blew off my chance to get EMCPROVEN Expert TShirt since, I dint realize EMC retired one of the VNX Expert Level exam I was preparing for until I was trying to register it few weeks back. So here is my Question, How can I get one of each:
EMCPROVEN Professional (Associate)
EMCPROVEN Professional (Specialis) T Shirt?

Same happened to me,.
I don't think these should be available for purchase, but I feel it can be made available on request from proven professionals (only on special conditions) .

Hello Ankit & Vipin -
As a catalog shopper myself I can attest to how difficult it can be picking the correct sizes. CertTracker site does show that the sizes are U.S. Men’s. However many candidates just pick the size they usual wear.
Associate level EMC Proven Professional shirts have never been given at the completion of an Associate certification. They are usually received by certified EMCPP individuals who attend events like EMC World. We are currently looking into the potential for offering EMC Proven Professional shirts but the earliest availability of this would be Q2 of 2014.

Is there a way I can get one #EMCPROVEN T Shirt? Doesn't matter Associate or Specialist. I just need it to wear it somewhere next month!

Hi,
sorry for bumping an old post here. I just wanted to say that the polo shirts that are sent by EMC are terribly big. I have recently received a specialist shirt and I'm drowning in it. My size is S, and on certmetrics it is also selected as S. There is no smaller option. The shirt that I received is S-size, but it's enormously huge. I have always worn S-size for all known brands - I've got polo shirts of Lacoste, Ralph Laurent, Fred Perry - all S and all fitting me perfectly. And the S-size that I received from EMC is just way too big.
I know, I can't do anything about it, I'm just letting you know that, so you can fix the sizing in the future, so those who will receive the shirts in the future will not get disappointed.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience. You are correct that the S is the smallest size offered by our polo supplier.
The vendor used does use US clothing sizes which are different from the international companies mentioned. We do advise participants that the shirts are US sizing unfortunately this does not help in your case where the smallest size is to large.
We will be sure to keep your comments in mind when looking for our future polo supplier. Maybe they will offer an XS.

You are correct, I gave away all my T Shirt to someone else! When I cleared those Exams even US size Small was too big for me! I hope EMC does something about it!
ddProven: If there's a way now to purchase those T Shirt then I would like to buy one.

Hello Ankit,
At this time our program does not have an e-Commerce system which allows us to sell shirts. The only way to receive them is by earning your 1st specialist credential or any expert credential from the EMC Proven Professional program.
For those attending EMC World Las Vegas we offer a free generic logo shirt to certified EMC Proven Professional members attending our welcome session.
