"Awaiting Return Order"

Hi, Dell Team
I initiated a return order on Apr 24, 2023, but have not received a shipment label. It's a PowerEdge R550 Rack Server. 

The status is "Awaiting Return Order" for more than 10 days, and I would really like to solve this return. No specialist has contacted me like I was told or anything. Just nothing.
