Bad LBAs appearing on controller log

Hello all,

I've got a Dell PowerEdge 2900 whose controller log is showing bad LBAs for physical disk 01. These bad LBAs have been appearing in the log from 02/11/16 to 02/16/16.

In Dell OpenManage, everything has green check marks.

I plan on keeping an eye on the controller log and running a Check Consistency scan soon.

Do you think the disk is failing and needs to be replaced?
