Hello Aljaz_s55al,
Can you let us know what is OS?
Are there any non-Dell parts? If so you may start by removing those.
Make sure you are up to date on drivers and firmware when you are booted. https://dell.to/3m5SpEm
Check SEL for errors:
Enter the BMC during POST and check the System Event log for errors. Note them down because there is not a method to download the log.

Run Diagnostics:
Create a bootable Dell 32 Bit Diagnostics, v.5099A0, 5099.1
https://dell.to/40KRwQn
Follow Installation instructions at the bottom of the page.
Get the Zippack Release
NOTE: In order to create diagnostic media using this package, this file must be downloaded to and executed on a system running Microsoft Windows. This package can be used to create a bootable diskette set, USB flash drive, CD, or hard drive image.
32 Bit Diag - Create bootable USB, Floppy, CD. I recommend a CD, some USB may not be recognized.
Boot to media created.
Options 1 mpmemory – Custom – select all test, loop 0. for continuous testing.
Option 2- ddgui - Custom – select all devices in the device list (top of the tree), set iterations to 0 to run continuous test.
Run each Test
Let it run an hour or more or overnight.
Escape to cancel and check Errors tab.

Hello Aljaz_s55al,
Looks like the Processor or the System board.
Can you swap Processor with one of your other R200 and see if the issue follows or stays in this system?
