Dell R620 iDRAC7 license usage

Question

I am confused about my R620 iDrac. Its not working now but from previous last year it was working fine. I don't when i checked its logs i saw that its license expired. How a enterprise license can be expire.

Currently iDRAC state is:
-> idrac port light not up

-> setting is accessible but in logs they that license is expired.

Now i just wanted to know that can i use my exported license from my other server in this R620? Can a single license used on multiple server?

or what would be above problem solution?

Any Suggestion or solution?

Recently, i have check this, i export xml license file from my new R620 and import it to my Old R620 whose idrac is not working.

It don't let me to import this license. This give me UID mismatch error.

So i have purchase new license.
