[Dell R6525] Comm Error: Backplane 1 / Comm Error: Power 1

Hello guys,

I have a Dell R6525 server (AMD Zen) and I have the following errors popping in my dashboard:

The System Configuration Check operation resulted in the following issue: Comm Error: Backplane 1

The System Configuration Check operation resulted in the following issue: Comm Error: Power 1.

What can it be? The system works ok, apparently.

Besides this, I don't have any errors in System or Storage tabs in the iDRAC web admin.

Hello, can you refer to this page and compared to your cables now?

The same issue after iDRAC update on R6615 for some time now - backplane not visible, but disks present and working under OS.
Also the same issue today on R760 also after iDRAC update to 7.30.30.51.

It’s a bit frustrating and disappointing that a simple operation on enterprise-grade hardware ends up requiring the power drain and potentially reseating backplane cables.
