Determining Power Consumption

Is the Dell Datacenter Capacity Planner accurate in determing power requirements? Or should I be using the max Amp power listed on the server's power supply to determine how many servers to plug into a PDU?

    You won't go wrong with either method.  I personally prefer using the UL label on the servers.
