DOWNGRADE Dell per630 issues
HI all,
I have issues with downlograde server Per630, i need to add V3 CPU ,so i need BIOS 1. something.
when i try rollback bios I dont have any 1. something -BIOS for rolback.
I tried to downlogad direct from Idrac faiure all the time.
Please help with solutions.
and guys please solutions,please dont ask me questions.

DLOAD,
I am not certain where you got the information that you would need a BIOS revision starting with 1, and those updates are 7 years old. If you look at the BIOS update here, it states that it adds V3 processor support.
Now on a side note, if the server is really far behind in updates you do NOT want to jump to the latest, as it can damage the server. As well, you do not want to get the BIOS and iDrac too far apart.
If you clarify what version you are at currently I can give you an idea for an update path.

Could you let us know what is the processor model that you are trying to install, and also the current version of BIOS and LCC.

When i add V3 CPU,server dont want to boot.
I need to downgrade BIOS.
Please sent me solution.
