No its the same company. The servers were ordered new from an overseas reseller and then shipped to my country. So they have always belonged to my company, but we've had problems renewing support etc in the past when the registered location is incorrect, but there does not seem to be an easy way to get this changed ?

You can upload the same company details and new address of the location in the link that YoungAh provided, once done this will be treated as a change of ownership.

I suggest that you call the Dell sales team who might help you with the change of ownership.
