failed to connect to VM ( suspected hardware issue )

Question

Hi, have plenty servers using Dell Poweredge R610. One of our server having and issue about the Virtual Machines. We are using Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter. One of our server having an issue. I installed, join-domain and everything works fine until I use same .vhdx among all my servers, I create a new VM and suddenly the RECEIVED packet is very high ( http://prntscr.com/oq7k4y ) All of our servers dont having this issue and we are using own public IP. Troubleshoot done : 1) Reset Bios to default 2) 3 times reset idrac 3) Reinstall windows 3 times 4) Tried to create VM using same .vhdx at other servers and it is working. But only this particular failed to connect to VM All steps above - failed to connect to VM using Public IP I already clarify with our network team and IP Provider that our Network and IPs are working fine. Please help. Thanks

If you can reach the host, the hardware should doing it's job. What happens if you roll out a clean test VM with no duplication? What NIC are you passing through to the VM, and are you using any features, like SR-IOV, for example? How many VMs are being hosted on the server, and does the host itself ever have network issues? Also, would you mind clarifying your process? What is the full process you follow from VHDX up to where we are now?

HI Dylan,

I reinstall the OS in the Gguest machine and it works like a charm!!!!

The process i meant for the .vhdx was, I only copy .vhdx to the server and i Create the VM name, and then I create VM and I copy the .vhdx into the new folder.
