H755N front NVMe controller

We are installing VMware ESXi 7 on Dell R650 servers and unfortunately ESXi doesn't support software raid. After checking around, we found out that there is a hardware raid controller 'H755N front NVMe controller', but we can't find any information on how to buy and what other parts we might need. The service tags for the servers are below.
