How can I update my R640 Server
How can I update my R640 Server as quickly as possible without installing a HDD and using iDRAC F10 firmware update? How can I download catalog xml from repository manager and define it in iDRAC? Can you help me? Is there any example? How do I update all firmware BIOS iDRAC?

The easiest and fastest way it to log into your iDRAC and within the Maintanence Menu you select the update source HTTPS and "downloads.dell.com" as server.
If there is no direct internet access possible you can fetch the Windows DUP by manually downloading from https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-de/product-support/product/poweredge-r640/drivers
Because we have more than one PowerEdge we use Dell OpenManage Enterprise(its "free") which fetch all needed packages trough our Proxy and than push it to our servers with the help of the iDRAC. Its similar as a MS WSUS.

Based on the "2.86.86.86" in the right i would say you have a R630 rather than a R640.
If you have an iDRAC Enterprise.. use it!
You can try to upgrade iDRAC manualy by downloading https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER11439456M/1/iDRAC-with-Lifecycle-Controller_Firmware_VWF72_WN64_2.86.86.86_A00.EXE
If you have Windows installed you can use it directly. The *.exe" is also the right one when using iDRAC.

This pic just example. Actually my problem is on the R640.
Shortyl before ı saw same error on r630. also ı wanted to point out
So There is always digital signature error. than ı can't countine to update

If you have a security device between your server and downloads.dell.com disable things like SSL Deep inspection or other stuff.
I have to manage >100 PowerEdge (12-16Gen) and we dont face this error.
Long time ago a Dell certificate times out and and intermediate iDRAC/LCC Upgrade was needed to get it working again. But that was solved ages ago.

I have just a modem . no firewall no rule nothing else. Why is that being ? ı dont understand.
so somewhere ı have 2 server . one of server happening that error but other server not happen
what can is the problem ??

Which iDRAC/LCC is currently running on that server and why dont just manually update iDRAC/LCC and see if this resolve the problem?
