IDRAC 9 Enterprise
Hi,
We unable to receive email alerts. What we can do solve the issue.
Our Email Server is encrypted
iDRAC Firmware Version is 5.10.00.00 & BIOS Version is 2.12.2
Tried open Idrac by SSH and tried to ping the DNS & Google its working fine.
Tried by modified the DNS and other but no success.

Hi Charles,
I already tried all these solutions. But No solutions.
Any other option to try. Why the same behaves likes that. Is is some firmware issue.

For most mail servers the key is Port, Authentication and Sender
Have you confirmed the port and authentication are configured correctly?
Most mail servers will not send as an email address it doesn't know about. This has to be a valid email address that already existing.
2nd highlighted section, in the image, shows where you can specify Sender.
I have not heard of any related firmware issues.

Hi,
Issue resolved by Disable DNS on Idrac. Rest all is same.
