iDRAC8 Enterprise License Request (Ownership Transfer Request Submitted)

I submitted a request for transfer of ownership here. This was close to a week ago. Either I inadvertently deleted a confirmation messaged in my email inbox that I may have received or I simply did not receive one.

I bought this R730 LFF chassis on Ebay. The original configuration of this ServiceTag did include the iDRAC8 Enterprise license entitlement but the seller seems to be stripping the chassis of the original license so that they can sell it to you for $30. (Shady.  )

Can I get someone from the Dell team to PM me so that I can provide the ServiceTag to them to assist here? I just need the XML for the permanent license. (I installed the trial on the interim.)

I would also like to know how I can check the status on my ownership transfer request. I would have expected a reply of some kind by now.
