I swear the keys were added and appeared when I checked yesterday. But today they weren't there. After I added them (again), access is working as it should be. Sorry for the distraction.

Hello,

The iDRAC User Guide goes into soem detail about configuration with a key for SSH. You should be able to use it to get your configuration made.

Thanks for the answer, Dylan. However, I've been following those instructions and now I'm at the impasse I described. How can I discover why the key access isn't working? I can't run the SSH server on the iDRAC in debug mode as I could a Linux server.

I've seen problems when using a browser that isn't IE, so if that isn't the browser you're using, you may try that. You may also consider trying command line syntax to upload the certificate, if that fails, too. If you haven't already, restarting the iDRAC may help, and that can be done with racadm racreset -h. I don't believe there is a place where you can get any specifics on why the key isn't working or being accepted, unfortunately.
