Issues with PowerEdge R310

Hey guys, I've been working on a r310 to get it ready for NAS use, I am having issues with getting things to update like the iDRAC and BMC firmwares. I put windows server 2012 r2 on it to get the installs to run and every time I try a file it says that it can't be run on the current system configuration. I am also having issues trying to get the iDRAC web GUI to work, I went into the CTRL + E menu and have all the settings set but in my browser it says "Unable to Connect." I'm not sure where to even start, any help will be very appreciated.
