NETWORK CARD INSTALLATION CAN'T DETECT

actually in my server have 3 pcie slots with network card adapter installed.I want to install new HBA card on dell server in pcie slot.So i replace 1 network card with no cable attached with hba server.but to replace that i need to unplug all 3 network card first.then when done the installation i boot the server and found no network card detected.then i remove the hba card and install all 3 network card in pcie slot with the same positionn.Then i check IDRAC no network card detected too.How ya?
