OS Install R710

I have found other similar posts on this topic but no solution yet

I just bought an R710 and am trying to install the OS.  I found the instructions at (https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-gy/sln129177/how-to-install-the-operating-system-on-a-dell-poweredge-server-os-deployment?lang=en) but when I select "OS Deployment" and then "Deploy OS", I get a message saying "Unable to find a device capable of reading the operating system install media".  No other information is provided.

I am trying to install Windows 2016 which I have on a USB stick.  Any suggestions as to what I am missing?
