Part Number Confusion
I am looking to acquire a Dell Server, 210-BJTR. Since I am required to go through specific sources, I must trust that what they quote is actually what I need.
Can someone please explain why when I ask vendors for 210-BJTR, they all quote 210-BJTR-120? And why do all of the configuration part numbers have this same issue? Example: I need Riser Config 2, 330-BCMK, which is quoted as 330-BCMK-120.
Does this mean that I will receive a box full of components that are not actually put together as a PowerEdge R360 Server?
What is the difference (210-BJTR and 210-BJTR-120)?

I can only guess that the source you are getting these items from are adding the -120 to the 7 character dell sku. Have you tried asking them why they add the -120?
fyi, 210-BJTR shows to be for an R360, but here it shows to expand out to 2 labels and a service tag creation request.
