Please do something about these slow boots!

Please do something about the slow initialization of your servers (any rack server since 2013 when I started working with these). If I want to enter BIOS I have to wait for 2 minutes for it to open. Then do a change and try if it helps, yet another 2 minutes to see the effect. Then again 2 minutes to boot into BIOS again, and 2 minutes to see the effect. This is just horrible. What the actual F are you doing the first 2 minutes? Looking for devices with a 60s timeout?

I'm getting paid to do this, and still losing my mind!
