You may need to use command line to configure those settings. This should be covered in the manual. The manual is on the system support page. If you set the category to network and search by "41" it should display the driver, firmware, and manual. Here is a direct link:

Well, CLI is not a miracle, it does the same what GUI (just at CL)

So no, it is not an answer.

One does it at OS level with Powershell like:

Set-NetAdapterVmq –Name NIC1 –BaseProcessorNumber 2 –MaxProcessors 8
