R220 configuring memory issue

Question

My server running 2012 r2 has recently rebooted. Since the reboot, it's stuck on configuring memory with 3 dots. Doesn't move past that. Has all original equipment in it. Original ram, cpu celeron, and all original configuration from the factory. It's on a battery backup. I have since tried everything I have found d on the net to get past it with no luck. NV ram reset for 5 min on pins 3&5, unplugged it all, it's own power source, as well as moving the 1 4gb ram it came with to the furthest slot from cpu. Still no luck. Anyone else out there know how to fix this issue? Been down for 3 days. Even tried to let it do its thing in normal operation mode for 1 day straight still nothing.
