R440 Riser config help

Question

I have 3 R440s with different Riser Configs

Server 1 - 330-BBHL : Riser Config 1, 1 x 16 FH

Server 2 - 330-BBHO Riser Config 3, 2 x 16 LP

Server 3 - 800-BBLC No PCIe Riser

I need to install the following card (part# 05-aagu):

Will it fit in each machine? Will I need any additional parts?
