R620 not see Hard drive

Hi I have an R620 with 8 HD bays I have 6 Hard drives and none show up in Windows Server 2019. I check disk manger and only the boot drive is in there. I tried pressing F2 but it doesn’t let me into the bios. I only get a screen to open windows or not. I tried F10 to open life cycle but it just goes to the windows start screen. I have tried to install Proxmox but the same thing happen and no drives were found. Can someone help me. Thanks
