R630 no power

Hi, wondering if someone can give me some direction - my R630 is not turning on whatsoever. Recently installed some RAM, so thought that could be it, thought it could be the low power video card I installed, doesn't seem to be it. Both power supplies are solid green, and I have a green light on the right, as seen in the picture. Fans do not spin up at all, no display, seemingly no iDRAC (page not accessible when I try to navigate to it).

I've tried the "hold the power supply for 30 seconds, repower and wait a couple minutes, I've tried removing all RAM except A1 and B1, NIC card, GPU, swapping power supplies, wondering what the next steps are.

Thanks, had it stripped down to the configuration described a couple days ago, seems like the motherboard is just dead.

Hello, for now I’m vaguely assuming this might be the issue ->power video card I installed

I advise you perform Minimum configuration to POST.

The components mentioned below are the minimum configuration to POST:

  • One processor (CPU) in socket processor 1
  • One memory module (DIMM) in socket A1
  • One power supply unit
  • Left control panel with cable (for power button functionality)
  • System board
