R730 doesn't start

Hello,

I've bought a used R730 without CPU, memory and PSU. Now it's equipped with one E5-2620v4 in CPU socket 1, one DIMM module 32GB (HMA84GR7MFR4N-UH) in socket A1 and a PSU 495W (PN: 0VKDD2) in PSU socket 1. It's possible to log in to iDRAC, but the R730 doesn't power on if the power button is pressed. Also from iDRAC the system can't be started. PSU indication LED light up green if it's connected to the power source.

What I'm wondering about is the missing power supply node in the tree structure and in server health of iDRAC.

The log also contains a warning that the system couldn't be rebooted. This warning was created after the call of the update procedure of iDRAC.

Has someone an idea what could cause this behaviour? I'm thankful for every hint.
