Hi Marco,
Please find attached the specs of the memory kit. I purchased 2 of these kits from Nemix, which are supposed to be compatible with all major brand servers (Dell included).
Thanks,
Ken

I just read the R7515 manual at:
https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/poweredge-r7515/per7515_ism_pub/system-memory-guidelines?guid=guid-0534e253-8b5d-4116-b27d-78b133fdd07a&lang=en-us
Table 2 says that 8 GB rdimms are allowed for rank-1 type, but says nothing about GB.
16 GB is officially supported for rank-2 in the table. Could the problem be that the 16 sticks of 16 GB rdimm are all rank-1 and not rank-2?

As you are using third part DIMM's, we can not guarantee that it will work as it is not a supported oncifguraton hence not validated.
R7515 support below two 16GB DIMM. Both are dual rank
M04W6 - DIMM,16GB,3200,2RX8,8G,DDR4,R
YP9M5 - DIMM,16G,3200,2RX8,DDR4,M04W6
