r910 will not power on with 4 processors

hi guys, wanted to see if anyone had a solution to this problem, been having it for a while now. so I have a Poweredge r910, which for those of you who don't know is a quad socket 4u server. so it powers on fine with 2 cpus, I bought it with 2 6cores of the xeon 7500 family and wanted to upgrade to 4 e74870's which are 10 core xeon processors that this server does support, it powers up with 2 of them but not the other 2. they are a quad of processors, all steppings are the same, all clock speeds the same, split the 4 into two pairs booted from both, mixed the pairs up booted from both so all the cpus are fine and bootable. when I put 4 processors in I get 2 error messages on the front lcd: "e1245 cpu 1 vio regulator failure. contact support." and "e1000 failsafe voltage error. contact support". I've had these errors before and after putting all cpus in, the board died and wouldn't work with even 1 of them to get to bios. so I got a new board and now use 2 cpus to run the server, but when I put 4 in these same errors come up. the server doesn't boot to bios, the power led will flash and the server lays there as a brick. ive tried pretty much anything I can think of: plugging all 4 psu's in, changing cpus to low power mode running them from standard 2.4ghrz to 1 ghrz, updating to latest firmware, updating drac to latest firmware, using only a single memory riser, changing the cpu bios settings such as enabling c1e for low power mode. I literally cant think of anything else, hoping one of you will have a solution I cant find anything about this online, this is a new board and works as I use this server all the time and the error says cpu 1 regulator failure which if there was a failure it would be cpu 3 or 4. thanks in advance guys, hope to get a solution out of this.

update: so put cpus in sockets 1,2 and 4. even though this isn't a supported configuration it'll still get me to bios. so looks like socket 3 is broken.

found the solution to this problem. socket 3 on the motherboard has some very slightly bent pins, managed to bend them back with a small flathead screwdriver now the server boots with all 4 10 cores in. its taken me months to figure this out but finally go there in the end.
