Replaced Riser is not recognized
Hi there everybody.
I have a VxRail P570F same as R740xd. Riser 2 was failing, I changed it with the same part number and now it is working. But I cannot see in iDRAC or Bios. Slots 4-5-6 are missing. But the PCIe cards on these slots are working with no problem.
Do I have to do something? Or do I have to leave what's working as is?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I have a different opinion on this comment "I have a VxRail P570F same as R740xd."-> Though those might share the same hardware, but have different BIOS', so will the riser configurations. I'm assuming. During the POST of R740XD, does it say VxRail P570F? Then this may need to be addressed by the VX rail team.
