Hi all,
I bought server on ebay, and as i see on service tag it is born with Idrac Enterprise license ,
but server came with basic licence,is it possible somehow to back Enterprise ?
am not aloud to add ST here .

Dload,
Unless you are able to identify the company name associated to the svc tag then you will need to fill out the change of ownership form. Once that processes then we can resend the enterprise license, if it is available for that server.
You can find information on the change of ownership here , and need to follow the steps outlines for an Ebay/Amazon sale.
I know it is urgent, but wanted to let you know the change of ownership process can take a week or so to process.
Let me know when you submit it and I can keep an eye on it.
