Upgrade firmware PowerEdge R710 using iDrac

Hi all, I am a junior system administrator and I would upgrade firmware on a Dell PowerEdge 710. I have seen that I have different way to do it. I would try to upgrade just "urgent" firmware using iDrac (I have already enable it and I have assigned an IP address), if it is possible. I have visited this page https://www.dell.com/support/home/it-it/product-support/product/poweredge-r710/drivers I did not understand which firmware download because I have not found the right file to download.
