Urgent question
Hi, Dell support,
we are currently testing an OEMR R250 server and we are trying to add the PERC card but we can't find a way how to install it, our server has no backplane, can you please show me how to install it? below you will see the model of server we have

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell. From what I see, I'm afraid what you are trying to achieve is VERY difficult and not quite plausible because you didn't purchase backplane, you will need to buy multiple parts. Furthermore, I'm guessing your front HDD is non-hotplug bay as well.

So we need to purchase Backplane to install the PERC card.
