Balance_Load - CLI does't work

hi

RP  - 5.0.1.1,

Env: RP/EX, VMAX20K

apply balance_Load recommendations doesn't work.

I always have to apply the changes from the recommendations manually - by changing the preferred RPAs of Consistency Groups as indicated by the recommendations.

Would you like to apply the load balancing recommendation? Every group whose preferred RPA is modified as a result, will be initialized.

    Hi there,

    That's a known issue in 4.4.1.x and in 5.0. I would recommend to manually change the preferred RPA on a per-CG basis.

    Hi there,

    Can't determine for sure without taking a closer look at the logs but this is for sure fixed in RP4VMs 5.1 and most of the issues with balance_load was fixed in classic RP 5.1 as well.
