Recovery point with failed disk
Hello.
I need to collect information from a disk that is failing, details like disk model/PN, raid, if the swap is hot-swap, etc..
Could you help me on how to get this information?
System: EMC Recover Point Appliance GEN 5

Hello Idan.
It is not possible to request an SR with support, as the equipment is not under a maintenance contract.
I would like to know the commands that can show me the information needed to start the disk swap.

Raise an SR with support @VanderleiBS , it's possible that the RPA should be replaced.
