RevoverPoint error after VM unprotecting
Hi Everyone,
I have a problem on my vcenter (7.0 and RPVm 5.3.0).
After unprotecting my VM, and deleting the copy, the consistency group is still there and I get error with any actions on it.
The CG status is OK and the transfer status is "Active". The unprotected VM is still on the "Protected VMs".
Is there any command to refresh the status ?

Hello,
I would recommend contacting phone support. I took a look through documentation I have access to and found some similar articles, but covered older software versions and the article says the cause was supposed to have been patched.

Yes, I have also found articles about problems fixed in a previous version.
I have another problem in the same situation. Very strange, but I think I'll try to upgrade to the 5.3.2. this is the last version I think.

Hi @AxLav,
While there are few related fixes in 5.3.2, I would check via REST or CLI if the CG was actually deleted (get_groups in the sysmgmt CLI fo example). You can also try to clear browser cache and try a diff browser. It's also possible to unprotect using REST.
