There is currently not any information for 7.0 U3.  All the latest information is for 7.0 U2.

U3 qualification is in progress. Stay tuned on this soon. The RPVM ESSM over at elabnavigator.emc.com is the authority for all interoperability/supportability matters.

Does the compatibility verify against vCenter or ESXi?  In other words, if I have vCenter 7.0 U3a but using ESXi 7.0 Update 2d, am I compatible?

I think based on the support matrix https://dell.to/3ILnunj we have only validated matching versions. You could try it and see if it lets you do it.

We don't support U3 at this time, it's a WIP. It means that we don't support vCenter and ESXi U3x. If there are exceptions b/w vCenter and ESXi version compatibility, then we'll state it as a footnote in the RPVM ESSM.

It's also worth mentioning that to date, there isn't a U3 patch out there as it was pulled by VMware. We're planning on supporting U3 once it gets re-released.

Any update here?  E-Lab navigator has no updates since 11/2021.  vCenter 18700403 7U3 has been out since 10/2021.

Saw this in E-Lab Navigator today - vCenter and ESXi 7.0U3c is supported with RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3.2.3 and later
