The discovery hanging at 10% could really be anything - this is where RM begins to utilize SYMAPI and Navicli to start build a "view" of the current configuration of the Clariion. Make sure you are using the right version of Solutions Enabler.
I recommend you open a support call and provide support with the following
emcgrab of linux host RM client debug logs (make sure the RM linux client is in debug mode in the RM console) RM server debug logs
